currently is 5 to 1, with our average employee working in our
company for 30 months.
We have developed relationships with vendors from throughout the country that allow us to offer our clients the latest in innovations in the EMS industry, from electronic upload, to field captured data, to document imaging capabilities. We maintain relationships with area attorneys devoted specifically to fire/EMS law to assist our clients no matter what their needs.
Medicount Management uses Amazon by Sweetsoft for our billing software. This program not only allows us the capability to receive run information electronically, but also gives us the capabilities to customize any report for your specific reporting needs.

Tim Newcomb has been asked by the Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association
to speak on topics related to EMS billing. His experience in the
field is passed down to all her staff to ensure effective billing.
Our quarterly newsletter keeps all of our clients abreast on relevant
EMS issues, and our annual client appreciation weekend allow us
to say thank you to all of our clients for putting their EMS billing
needs in our hands.
