Board Of Advisors
In order maintain the highest level of quality services with an ever-changing industry, Medicount Management, Inc. has assembled a board of advisers that are in constant touch with changes in technology, legalities, insurance provider guidelines, and state and federal compliance regulations. The industry of EMS, MVA and structure fire billing has stretched beyond the confines of the fire department jurisdiction. Medicount Management, Inc. acknowledged this and thus assembled the following Chairs of Advisement.
Retired Fire Personnel -- Individuals with EMS and MVA backgrounds and close ties to statewide EMS administrators and regulatory personnel.
Active Fire Personnel -- Individuals currently involved in active EMS careers and top administrative positions.
Attorney -- Our attorney, who is also a former volunteer firefighter and EMT, oversees the ever-changing legal environment. He is a specialist in EMS Law, HIPAA guidelines and compliance, and City and Union mediation.
Software and IT -- Our IT advisor is the owner of a software consulting and incident management firm that is passionately involved in constantly emerging global productivity of efficient data gathering systems. This permits us the ability to provide seamless electronic integration of all facets of the Fire, MVA and EMS on a national level. (Fire Administration, Firehouse Records and Communications, and finally In-field Data Gathering and Conveyance.)
